Loans are available to DO, DMD, DVM, DDS, and MD for owner-occupied 1-2 unit residences, condos, and townhomes.
You may obtain a 15-year or 30-year fixed or ARMS of 1/6, 3/6, 5/6, 7/6, 10/6, and 15/6. There is no prepayment penalty.
If self-employed you must have a minimum of one full year of tax returns to be given consideration. An active employment contract is acceptable with proof of sufficient income and reserves.
The minimum reserve amount is two months PITI for a loan of up to $620,000 and six-months PITI for jumbo loans.
Financing available:
- 100% financing for up to $1,000,000 with a 700 FICO score
- 95% financing for up to $1,250,000 with a 700 FICO score
- 90% financing for up to $2,000,000 with a 700 FICO score
